Our approach
We work with you to develop a durable recruitment policy that fits in with the organisation’s overall strategy, and HR strategy in particular. The different internal stakeholders are identified in collaboration with the client. These are then involved in designing the recruitment process, so that this fits in sufficiently closely with the organisation’s needs.

The processes are carefully recorded, documented and implemented. Following the appointment of a full-time recruitment manager, we offer further support to help operational management to start up and run recruitment and selection internally in the organisation.

In this our consultants, working with the recruitment manager and administrative service of the client, constitute a well-oiled machine, taking complete responsibility for the initiation and following up of recruitment dossiers from A to Z.  Ranging from the initial interviews with managers to setting up sourcing actions, selecting candidates based on CVs, interviews and assessment centres, and developing contract proposals in accordance with the organisation’s pay structure to getting the new employees’ signatures.
