Our approach
We take the time to discover what the core competencies, culture and values are within an organisation. We prepare skills profiles for different functions based on a number of initial interviews, and we use these to develop a structured and objective performance management policy. The resulting tools then have to be implemented in the organisation. We therefore help not only with the preparation of the policy, but also support its communication and implementation.
Once these tools have been developed, we believe strongly that the performance management process should include three pillars :
- Objectives session, in which objectives are defined for each employee.
- Development session, in which a development plan and career path is developed for each employee.
- Performance review session, in which the completion of the defined objectives and tasks is evaluated and discussed.
The result for employees is that this gives them a clear image of what is expected from them and of areas for development, all this within a clearly defined timeframe.
