Our Learning & Development Consultants have extensive experience in guiding development interventions during periods of change (training programmes, individual learning paths, intervision, team coaching, and so on). All our development interventions focus on two major business results areas: growth and the satisfaction of both employees and clients.
Together we analyze what levers you can use to make the desired change and map out your change happen in your organization. We develop, in collaboration with our clients, a plan that will translate their learning and? development ideas into tangible results on all levels in the organization.
Besides a strong concern for a state-of-the-art training and/or development programme there is our focus on the implementation process.
We choose the following approach:
- At the start of a journey, we focus on creating the necessary buy-in and readiness of each participant AND the organizsation (e.g. kick off sessions, intakes, ...)
- We attach great importance to measuring the efficiency of our involvement. For this we use several Kaleido-measuring instruments.
- We strive continuously for a common acceptance through all levels of the hierarchical chain.
- The accent of all our learning interventions is on "learning by experiencing". The use of models and theories have only one purpose: being able to translate them into every day reality.
