HR – Business Consultant, with leadership potential

Your job

You are co-responsible for supervising and implementing HR and/or organisation assignments for our clients.  You look for feasible solutions together with the client, and are responsible for implementing them.

You offer our clients support in HR and/or organisation consulting.  You have already shown your mettle in an organisation and now want to seize the opportunity to give your career a business turn from a solid base.

You take part in projects in various HR areas:  assessment and development centres, training and development, performance and competency management, organisational consultancy, etc.

In addition to working on projects with clients, you will also get the opportunity to assume internal responsibilities as well as a chance to expand the Kaleido business even further. 

Your profile

  • You have 8 to 10 years of experience and have been successful in your career in HR or in a certain business with HR, people and/or organisation experience 
  • You are a good people manager 
  • You use a people- and process-oriented approach 
  • You are enterprising and like to work on your own
  • You are trilingual (Dutch, French and English)
