The season finale of Kaleido’s HR Exchange took place on Thursday June 3rd in the wonderfull setting of the Paterhof in Mechelen. It was a very enjoyable evening on the much appreciated topic Change Management.

Bert van Rompaey, Chief HR Officer at BNP Paribas Fortis was guest speaker. He gave his experiences during the recent turbulent period, due to the bankcrisis and the takeover. Bert took the public along in an enthousiast story which was at the same time very authentic because it contained very realistic commentary next to the team succeses.

Then our own Geert Geens framed the story of Bert in a more theoretic context. That way participants experienced multiple tools than can be applied in Change Management.
