• 6th Flemish HR Ambassadors Gala 2011: The HR Ambassador for 2010 was Fons Leroy, managing director of the VDAB (Flemish Public Employment and Vocational Training Service). The INTO-Merit Award (Inspiring & Touching) was also presented for the very first time. This award went to Kim Gevaert as ambassador of SOS Kinderdorpen.
• 2nd Business Performance Summit, September 2011, Germany: A two-day program with keynote sessions, focus groups and interactive workshops with the following topics included on the agenda: driving business performance levels, corporate improvement and transformation strategies, managing people through cultural change and the development of performance culture.
