Our confirmed belief
We start from a positive belief in people and organisation. We believe that if the staff understand the mission and values of the organisation and can apply these to themselves, their role is obvious and accepted and clear cooperation agreements and processes come into being; that the conditions are present to enable real teamwork.

Our approach 
The existing vision, mission, values and role of the management team and the personal role are clarified further during a number of workshops. In these workshops we make clear working arrangements and facilitate group dynamics. In doing so, we follow the Fry model of team effectiveness : 

  • Goal : does everyone understand the vision and objectives of the team?
  • Roles : does everyone understand what role he/she plays in striving to achieve the goal? Are there any potential conflicts of role?
  • Processes : does everyone understand and accept our operating mechanisms?
  • Interpersonal relations based on mutual trust and respect.
The path is mapped out to suit your needs. After each step we advise organising interactive feedback sessions with the broader management team. These sessions further clarify what the vision, mission and values mean for their role at the underlying management level. With the support of Kaleido, the members of the management team act as facilitators and catalysts. In this way, the organisation learns to apply this itself and becomes self-learning.
