Our approach
We sound out the stakeholders on the subject of transformation. In this way we develop an understanding of the personalities, sensibilities and interests of the various parties. The objective is clearly defined, and the desire for a solution is strengthened.
An authorised expert core team is put together, so that a comprehensive analysis of the subject can be prepared with a small group of people. To this end (internal & external) resources can be enlisted.
Taking account of the sensibilities, the theme and objective, and the profile and experience of the members of the core team, a sound and respectful working climate is created, enabling people to work together without prejudice.
In highly interactive sessions, the core team makes suggestions for solutions. Via validation (experts, department heads, stakeholders) and repetitions, these suggestions are adjusted and selected according to the given business criteria.
In this process the Kaleido consultant acts as facilitator, architect, expert, advisor, observer, organisation coach, accelerator and catalyst.
A final proposal is developed together with the core team, and is then presented to the authorised decision-making body for a decision.
The decision is disseminated and implemented by the departments, with the members of the expert core team providing local support in the implementation process.
