Kaleido Consulting has always been an independent firm. The company was founded in 2000 by Marcel Willems. In 2007 a new partnership was established between Marcel Willems and Pascale Gorris.

Currently, Kaleido Consulting employs more than 30 consultants. In 2010, it established a revenue of about € 3.4 million.
