Our approach
We always base ourselves on your current HR structure, roles and responsibilities. On the basis of in-depth interviews with the main stakeholders, we collect the necessary information for this. This provides a clear scan, which is discussed together with the HR manager and/or other stakeholders.

During a one-day workshop, Kaleido redesigns the most time-consuming and unstructured HR processes with you. In addition an action plan is drawn up, KPIs are defined and process owners designated. Three weeks later a follow-up session is scheduled to assess implementation of the new processes.

Thanks to the transfer of knowledge on process reengineering, our consultants ensure that the HR staff are henceforth able to redesign all HR processes independently themselves. Redrafting of the HR processes enables the HR department to keep an eye on its KPIs, which in turn results in a cost reduction, a lower workload and increased customer satisfaction.
